Flush away 2009.

Hello! Yes, it's the time of the year again!

My reflection of the year, 2009.

The start of the year was JiLiGuLuHuaLaLa messy and irritating. I scored an "O" level aggregate of 16points which got me into RP. But well, RP isn't such a bad school afterall and I do encourage people to go there! And because of this poly enrolment thing, many many unpleasant things happened in between and that period of time was the toughest to go through. Because Poly started only in the late April, 2009 was considered fairly short for me. Although the year was short, I went through a lot. Going up to poly was one of the greatest change that I've experienced. In the past one year, I made many decisions, made many new friends, loss a few friends, met with misfortunes and most importantly, grown up. What brought me happiness in the year was the many new and great friends whom I've made during this 2 semester. I am indeed thankful to many of you and find it great to be able to call you all a friend. And the greatest challenge which I've met in the year was mostly in my studies. Facing a module, chemistry, which is completely new to me was a challenge and after the failure in the module, I believes that I can do it and yes, I just saw my UT2 results, I passed the test this time round. For this, is the only attitude which I want to bring with me into the new year. And of course, there were many unhappiness experienced during the year and the wise thing to do is to discard all these sad ones and move on to a brand new year!

And not forgetting my New Year's Resolutions for 2010!

Make at least 5 new friends, I LOVE MY FRIENDS! -Yes, I love my friends! But wouldn't it be more exciting if I have new friends?-
Exercise with fun and not out of obligations -Try out fun activities instead of dragging my feet along the canal!-
Thank everyone who helped me -Thank them and show them how much I appreciate them!-

Live within a budget -Instead of using up all my allowance each day, throw the dice every morning before I go to school and save the amount shown on the dice! Saving 1 to 6 dollars isn't difficult at all!-

Improve on my weaknesses -Especially on Math and Chemistry! Irritating people in class are my motivation! I scored a gpa of 3.0 in Sem 1, now I'll aim for a 3.2!-

Start a new hobby -I will choose an interesting hobby. How about planting vegetables since there's an extension of space outside my house? I would want to grow 12 different types of vegetables by the end of the year!-

Have a personal date twice a month -Treat myself to good food and buy myself great stuffs with my savings and feel happy because I lived within a budget for this!-
Throw away inches -Cut down on junk food! Instead of investing money on junk foods which will add on weight to myself, why not save the money and buy myself something cool with it?-

OK! Just 8 short New Year's Resolutions for me and I hope I can fulfill all by the end of 2010! If you haven't done your reflections, faster do. Haven't write down New year's Resolutions, faster go. 2010 coming already, baka! BYEBYE baka year!

Worst day of my life

Went to JP to meet Ginny'cuz at 8.30pm just now. And then did I realized that there is a new bus interchange! Yes! Jurong is slowly becoming more high class ahhak! We walked around JP, bought cousin's bags, and then had dinner at McDonald's.

Going to watch Avatar with cousin next week. YAY! Anyone wants to watch Alvin & the Chipmunks 2???

And of course I had my reasons for the title. Something just happened in the morning. Bad thing, worst thing. Just hope this mess can be cleared before the new year.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY XUE HUA AND CHEE KIAT!

Hey! Received an email from the school and was informed that there will be change of MCB faci when school reopens. Gah, I don't want a change of faci. I love Deeksha!

I'm at my ganma's house again, mom's playing mahjong. It's already 1am and they're not ending soon. And, I was in the room just now and sis purposely stood there silently and staring at me, giving me a shock and I shouted so loudly. Do that again when I'm sick, I'll kick you in your face..

Anyway, I've written down a list of my New Year's resolutions! I'll show you all tomorrow ah!

Ice cream

Starting to watch Autumn's Concerto because my many friends were telling me how great the drama was. So I'm going to see how great it is!

I went to school today morning for Math revision class with a few people and also O-H briefing in the afternoon with Nyssa! Always crazy with her, baik! Got home at 5pm!

And a lil' bit about my trip,

Me & Family & Relatives went to a resort in Malaysia and yes, the resorts are built above the sea and at night, we will experience a high tide and the sea water would come so near to us! The boat took us to a fishing village and looked at the many different species of fishes, lobsters, prawns, clams and even sharks! It is definitely a paradise for seafood lovers and, the seafood there is uber cheap! The fish village even scenes reminiscent of those old kampong days seen on TV! Ohmygod, it is like me going back to the olden days. Weehoooo! We could also enjoy activities such as fishing, swimming, Bbq-ing, Mahjong and also Karaoke!

The trip was near to wonderful except that I was on the bed 80% of the time because I'm sick. AHHH BAKA!

MERRY X'MAS!

23rd to 24th, 4EXPRESS'08 chalet

Went to NTUC with Jingyi in the morning to buy the chapalang things for chalet. The guys came to help us carry the stuffs, and we headed to lakeside to meet up with everyone. Went to Chalet@Cdans, the chalet was pretty good, but I won't go there again. You will get mosquito bites at the rate of machine gun. Bbq-ed and I ate lots of stingrays, baik ah!

At night while all the other girls are sleeping, me and Kimhong couldn't sleep and hence resulting in baka things. Both of us was 'locked' in the chalet unable to go down because the guys were having their 'men's talk' so we decided not to go down. So we had nothing to do, we sat in the living room from 2am to 5.30am, doing stupid things. Teaching each other baka stuffs which is oh-so-laughable, especially yoga HAHAHA! But I went to sleep at 5.30am.

We booked out of the chalet at 10am and I went to JP with Adeline to get some X'Mas presents for my friends. Had brunch together and went home!

24th mom's mahjong day

After I reach home, rested awhile and then went to pass my friends all the presents. Then I took a cab down to ganma's with mum. I was dead tired so I slept all the way till 3am when they finish their mahjong. GOOOOOOOOD!(Y)

25th Merry X'mas!

I can't go anywhere now cause I'm sick. Baka, sick! I'll just cancel everything today and rest at home ok! Since I can't sing now, I'll just stay at home and cough and sneeze HAHA! Celebrating Christmas is also lame in Singapore, so I won't regret staying at home. :D

Happy 汤圆 day! Have you had your 汤圆? I've just had mine! If you haven't, go get some now because today is a very important festival! I'm so happy because today's the shortest day of he year. Shortest day as in during every 冬至 of the year, we will always experience the shortest daylight!

My pet cat, Mimi!

I've finally finished watching 'You're Beautiful'! Best Kdrama ever!

I almost forgot about today's math lesson in school and thought I would be able to visit auntymary in YHSS! So I bought something in the morning and had sister to pass it to auntymary since she's going to purchase her books in school! I want to go back to YHSS soon! :D

Went to school for extra lessons today and lesson ended at 5pm. Nothing much today except that Nyssa's finger is getting fatter and shorter each day. HAHAHA!

Amazed by the title up there? My pet "CAT", Mimi! Yes CAT, I mentioned CAT! ONCE IN A GREEN MOON WOULD I MENTION CAT, so just read on ok!

I brought my pet 'Mimi' home today from school! Mimi had been suffering this few days when I'm not in school getting stepped by those smelly legs BAKA! So I decided to bring Mimi home today! I'll bring her to school with me once school reopens!

Don't even think that Mimi is really an animal ah BAKAs. You all know that the things I feared most are animals so yeah.. Mimi is just a plastic table cover which I drew a cat's face on it since it looks so plain and dull and I gave life to the plastic! I gave her a name 'Mimi' and I've been taking care of her since last month. Ok it's really late now and I think Mimi's tired too! Ok g'night!

Did a little 'Ketchup' with Jingyi today! By the way, 'Ketchup' means catch up. HAHAHAHHAA cold brrrrrrrr whatever!

Met up with her at 12.30pm at CU for lunch! Ketchup-ed with her life a little omgomgomgomgomg but I'm not going to tell you what we said! After lunch, we went to 5head and rented a few CDs and went to her house to watch. Watched 'The Ugly Truth', 'The Happening' AND, PINK PANTHER! DA LANG, DA LANG, DA LANG DA LANG DA LANG DA LANG DALANG!~ Went home at 6pm!

GOOD DAY!

YELLOW! Blue, red or green. Anything!

I finally went to Sentosa after so many months today with Ginny'cousin and Sister!

We went to Vivo early morning, bought tidbits and headed to Sentosa! Bad day! The moment I reached there, I realized that my big aunty came to find me today! Gahhhh! We suntanned, played Frisbee and all! It started to rain and then we packed up to leave and while walking halfway, the rain stopped and so we went back again for another tanning session woohooo! We left Sentosa at 2pm and walked around Vivo after that!

We was on our way home when Lovel called so we trained to Lot One to meet up with Lee son, Lovel and friend! We had dinner together at pasta mania. After dinner, we started to walk around Lot One and something bad happened. The bad thing is that this BAKA MOF was in front of us so yeah.. we went in and had ice-creams! BAKA BAKA BAKA SINFUL DINNER!

Went home at 9pm! Great great day!! (Y)

放假咯！

Yay! Holiday's here! 3 weeks holiday and school will start on the 4th of January next year! During this holiday, I have quite some things on!

Overseas with family and relatives!
4EXPRESS'09 chalet!
Outing with classmates'W14F!
Many many birthdays to celebrate!
Study for MCB and MATH for UT when school re-opens!

Went to school in the morning with Ginny'Cuz and yes, we're late again. So we went to have breakfast first since I'm already late for class.

I was so happy after Chem UT ended today because I could do most of the questions and I hope I won't get a D for Dog for Chem anymore! If I can get at least a C for Cat for chem in UT2, I will treat everyone with sweets!

I was shouting whole day long in class today and I felt like such a typical girl ohmygod, hate it! BAKA Vincent and Maria keep throwing the fake cockroach at me the whole day and I was shouting like mad. Me and Maria almost had a cat fight, HAHAHAHHAHA OHMYGOD. I know people will laugh at me and say that since I know it is a fake cockroach, then why do I still shout? I shouted because the fake legs are oh-so-ticklish and disgusting GAH!

Yesterday

Woke up at 3pm, and went down to McDonald with Ginny'cuz & Sis for dinner at 6pm. We laughed like mad in McDonald, but who cares, we are at Jurong anyway. HAHAHAHA! We label Jurong people as 'Sam Pat' people. We discussed many ways to study but in the end I went to Ginny'cuz's house to study with her for our UTs. We mugged all the way from 7.30pm to around 2am! BAIK AHHHHHHHH! (Y)(Y)
