Mundane

Hey what's up? The whole week was pretty mundane, school everyday.

Surprisingly I woke up at 6am today and Ginny also woke up so we decided to for a morning brisk walk and it feels great! We then went back home, had breakfast, and went back to sleep haha.

School's good, coping well I guess. I'll be back soon! BYE!

Happy Graduation, Lewin!

Attended Lewin's Kindergarten Graduation Ceremony today at NUS University Cultural Centre! Lewin is graduating from his kindergarten school and will be entering primary school next year, which means that he will be going back to his own house! I will really miss him, he is like my best friend and I'm his.

All the kids did very well, numerous performances and Lewin was also one of the emcees for the night! I'm very proud of him!

After the concert, we all went for supper at Southwest Tavern. I swear their serving is super huge. American style, seriously. But nevertheless the food was yummy and we went home with a big tummy! Great day!

Lecture notes, lecture notes!

Siqi came to Jurong today and I brought her to the cheap bookshop and printed out lecture notes. Meantime while waiting, we went to have dessert at Kim Lotus and she asked why the queue never stops. HAHA we have the best desserts here in Jurong!!

After the printing is done, we went to sort out our lecture notes at Domino pizza and at the same time have lunch. After that we went back to the shop and had our lecture notes bind, and done! I can't believe we actually took 4 hours to do all these! Lecture notes, lecture notes!!

The morning sun shines bright, upon my sweet homeland!

Today's the day! Every student and alumni/alumnus of Yuhua Secondary School excitedly went back to YHSS for our Carnival! This carnival was held to raise money for the rebuilt of our school! YHSS will be demolished and will be rebuilt again in another 3-4 years' time and in the mean time, we will be moving to the temporary school near Jurong Point. And so to allow all the students to get a last chance to go back to our lovely school for the last time, tadaaaa! YUHUA CARNIVAL!!!

I went back together with all my Yuhua friends and also my cousins who are all also from YHSS! We got to meet so many great teachers and of course our friends. I already miss the school already! The carnival was really a great and meaningful event for all of us students of YHSS.

It had been a great 4 years in there, and I made so many good friends which till now, we are still as close as ever. Without YHSS, I wouldn't be where I am today, especially all the teachers who had patience with us and guided us selflessly.

I left the carnival at 1pm and then rushed back to my current school for lecture. First lecture was mehhhh! I'm actually very worried that I won't do well for this module and I will still try my best and give my all. After lecture I went back home, had dinner with my family and then mahjong with the cousins.

And here I am, in the middle of the night, revising my lectures because I feel so guilty for playing mahjong haha. Alright, till then!!

Gathering with primary school mates

I went to meet my primary school mates at Alif Prata for our late supper. Only a few was present but nevertheless, we had fun! There were Jason, Abigail, Junle, Jingfang, Zihui, Amanda, Jonathan, Kevin and Me! We talked like we had never got separated for 7 years ever since Primary Six. The thing I like about them is that they don't judge each other, because they have definitely seen each other at our worse and ugliest moments!!

After supper we decided to go prawning and so being very spontaneous and steady, everyone actually agreed! Tell me where to find this kind of friends???? We prawn-ed till 4am in the morning and the guys drove all of us girls back home. Great day spent and I'm looking forward to more outings!!

PS: Too much photos and details to upload and talk about so.. I shall not talk about the happenings! I will bear all of those in mind and remember everyone who wished and celebrated for me! I'm 20!!!!

Model of The World 2012

Went to the "Model of The World 2012" event at Zouk with Ginny and Bingyi tonight. It's a competition to choose the Best Model of Singapore to get them to represent Singapore to compete with the world. An "EYE OPENER", really opened my eyes big big! HAHA the models are ridiculously good looking and their body.. HAHA!

Anyway we had fun and went to supper at Bukit Timah's popular teochew porridge. Yummy!

NOOK!

Lovely day! I went to Nook House of Pancakes with Siqi today for our dinner before school! This place is amazing, and I totally love their idea of D.I.Y pancakes! We get to choose our pancake batter flavor and also have unlimited toppings for us to choose! They have the pink, yellow, green, brown, blue pancake batter to choose from and also more than 20 toppings including chocolate sauce, strawberries, cheddar cheese, marshmallows and many more! And all this for just $10!! It was on promotion though. During normal periods, it would be $28 for 2 pax serving but still I find it very worth the money!We had lots of time and almost forgot about school in the evening.

After dinner we went to school for our practical class and then back home at 10pm :D
